Today’s release includes some cool new features for students, as well as an upgraded interface for adding and editing properties for landlords.

Students – Favorites have been around for a little while now, but they’re not very useful unless you can easily see which properties have been flagged. Similarly, we’ve gotten some feedback from students saying they wish there was an easy way to tell which apartments they’d already sent an inquiry about. So to help you keep everything organized, we’ve added little icons next to every address on the site. A star means the property is a favorite, and a mail icon means you’ve already sent an inquiry about that property. Let us know what you think!

Landlords – In this release, we’ve gotten rid of the Property Overview page. Feedback told us that it was too confusing to have more than one page where you can change information about a property, so now everything is managed on the Edit page. This is where you’ll change basic details of the property, add/remove availabilities, and upload photos. Hopefully this makes things clearer and easier to use. Again, please let us know your thoughts!
